THE POINTE AT WESTON
Brand Campaign Series for a Luxury Apartment Client. The campaign has a contemporary bold design using line and triangle elements. The design elements cleverly tie in with the property name "The Pointe," as well as their tagline "The Apex of Living." Modern color palettes consist of bright pastels that draw in the viewer. The targets demographic are young business professionals in the technology triangle and young small families.
SOMA
In Boulder Colorado, a historic train station was converted into a modern dwelling. A mixture of old and new became apartments at South Main Station. Keeping the industrial feel with contemporary nuances, technology upgrades next to concrete slab work, this building and branding was a delightful mixture of contrapposto. The wood texture counter balances against the bold striping of color, and the playful logo banner. The minimalist use of fonts lets the images speak forth of the property's enticing life style.
